If you're not satisfied with your UsTube Premium purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to all subscription plans (monthly, quarterly, 6-month, and annual).

How to request a refund

Payments on UsTube are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you paid with.
• Or email our support team at support@ustube.com.ng with your order details, and we'll help you through Paddle.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
