Who you're contracting with

UsTube (the "service") is operated by Isaac Omueti, trading as UsTube ("we", "us", "our"), based in Lagos, Nigeria. By creating an account or using the service you ("you") enter into a binding agreement with Isaac Omueti under these Terms of Use.

Your account

You must be 13 or older to use UsTube. If you're using the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

Don't harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate other users.
Don't upload, share, or stream illegal content, or content you don't have the rights to share.
Don't use the service for fraud, spam, malware distribution, or unlawful activity.
Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, probe, or attempt to compromise the service or its infrastructure.
Don't resell, redistribute, or circumvent the technical limits of the service.

The service

Movies played through UsTube are delivered by the YouTube no-cookie embedded player — you're watching public YouTube embeds and UsTube does not host those video files. Messages, voice notes, uploads, and other content you share remain yours; you grant UsTube a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and deliver that content solely to provide the service to you and the people you've shared it with.

We work hard to keep UsTube fast and reliable, but the service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Intellectual property

UsTube, including its software, branding, and design, is owned by Isaac Omueti and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your chosen plan. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Payments, subscriptions, and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly, quarterly, 6-monthly, or yearly) at the then-current price for that plan, until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings or via paddle.net; your plan remains active until the end of the current period. Payment terms, billing, taxes, and the buyer relationship are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. For refunds, see our Refund Policy (30-day money-back guarantee).

Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the service — in whole or in part, with or without notice — if we reasonably believe you have materially breached these Terms, failed to pay amounts due, created security or fraud risk for us or other users, or repeatedly or seriously violated our acceptable-use rules. You can delete your account at any time from Settings. On termination, your licence to use the service ends and we may delete your content in line with our Privacy Notice.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, revenue, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.

Changes to the service or these Terms

We may update the service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.
